What is included in LoL Esports Data?

Our Data Offerings

As the exclusive League of Legends data distribution partner, GRID distributes live data directly from Riot Games, providing live in-game info, fixture data, and audio/visual feeds. Riot Games and GRID have been collaborating since 2019 to expand esports data distribution and support the growth of LoL Esports.

01

Live Data

League of Legends pro games are played on the Riot Games tournament servers, where in-game data (such as champion health, gold, and objectives) is constantly being emitted and stored. The live data makes these data points available and accessible in near-real time, allowing downstream partners to receive live updates and scores as a pro match is unfolding.

02

Fixtures Service

Fixture data refers to information about upcoming tournaments, teams, players, and matches. This product provides users with a central registry of esports players, teams and match times that is constantly being updated by the Riot Games operations teams.

03

Audio/Visual Feeds

Audio/Visual feeds refer to the real-time broadcast that is provided to clients for internal commercial purposes. Receivers of the A/V feed are able to access undelayed professional game footage from select regions.
